I then went to start it and it started fine and the gauge for oil. It was intermittent and i could not find a pattern. Ford diesel/senior/master tech who placed 2nd overall in ontario on the fix.

It turns over fine, no engine codes it appears like it’s not getting fuel, it appears like it wants to start but then it will start up for 10 second work on 100 to 200 rpms very low and turns off.
Changed the starter and it was still draggy/slow to start and wouldn't start when hot. There is a leak in the high pressure oil system the truck wont reach the 500 psi minimum and it wont start because it wont get fuel. If the two batteries are working and hooked up properly, proceed to step 2.
My dad’s truck stalled out on him and now it won’t start.
